“Enjoyed a very warm week here in June, came out for a few days break and a couple of days business. On arrival, the room allocated wasn’t suitable as my wife struggled with the stairs, but super helpful Gema from reception managed to switch us to something not only better but, more suitable. The staff really make this a great hotel, always helpful and always smiling, not just the service staff, but the army of cleaners and groundsmen too. Location is perfect, with the beach across the road and kilometres of beachfront walking in either direction. We stayed on-an all inclusive tariff, so drinks and food included. The food was very good, good selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a few themed evenings. Always easy to find something to eat, even for my wife who has a gluten allergy. Help yourself drinks in the buffet included lots of water stations, juice, coffee machines, from lunch through to dinner, there are beer (including alcohol free) and wine dispensers on hand. Big mention to the children’s animation crew, so much energy, did a brilliant job of whipping up kids and guests in the evenings, wry entertaining. Never been to this part of Spain as we are big fans of the Canaries, but I think we will definitely be going back again.”

“Stayed here may times, it never disappoints. Excellent service, food and location. Special mention to the reception staff Gema, Lorena and Adrian who organised the Cava and cake in the room for our friends birthday, it was a lovely touch, and the late check out! Will definitely be back, its a great hotel for a family holiday or a girls weekend away.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 4 days and would highly recommend it to everyone. Highlight that’s it’s right by the beach as well if you like going! The check-in process was quick and easy, making for a great start to our holiday. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The buffet offered an excellent variety of food options, with something to suit every taste, I would say it probably would get repetitive if here for longer then what we were! The highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment team. Couldn’t fault them! They were incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and worked hard to keep guests engaged throughout both the day and evening. Even though they work long hours it looks as if they are having the time of their lives! The water gym was especially enjoyable and a lot of fun! So a special thanks to them all! Overall, a wonderful experience with great facilities, delicious food, spacious and spotless rooms, and an outstanding entertainment team. We would happily return and 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.”

Dead easy to travel to and from with a child when just the 2 of us. She's already saying she wants to come back....again for the third stay!”
